Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pre-order items may require additional production and shipping time. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.

4. Shipping

SAK Footbags is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, customs delays, incorrect addresses entered by customers, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SAK Footbags does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives severely damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof at the contact information listed on our website.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Footbag activity, freestyle tricks, sports training, and recreational use involve inherent risks. By purchasing or using SAK Footbags products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.

SAK Footbags is not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper use, or participation in athletic or recreational activities involving our products.
